Played around today with snap zooms at 1/13th of a second. Had in mind those old blurred paintings you occasionally see from those nostalgic posters.

Only adjustments are a saturation lift (not as much as it looks) and a small amount of vignetting on one of the images. They could possibly benefit from some cropping.

The impossible has begun - another step closer - and I am very hungry for it.

For me the centre needs to be in focus. Without a reference point I feel a tad lost.

Cool concept though.

I like em.

It's just a bugger to get something at the front to be nicely in focus to give the reference point.

^^ what do you mean no reference point? You have the sticker on the Ferrari, and the entire grill on the Jag ... sheesh. Personally I love them, much better than the cookie cutter stuff you normally see.

Cheers.

nice looking shots, a cool idea. I do have to agree about te car being a bit more focused. I seem to recall the type of painting you're going for having the car in question a bit more focused than the background than these shots. So for me to say "perfect" better focus on the car (though not sharp focus)
