I watched Hee Haw all the time, you know, for the songs.

We have a video of Caitlin somewhere singing the chorus to that song on her 2nd birthday, complete with the sad emotions.

THIS (external link) is the song our kids would sing just to annoy us. Heck, they still do it the little twits. :)

I am more familiar with antidepressants than you know. They work well, serve a purpose but they don't necessarily make you happy. When you can't even stand to try anymore they give you the will and desire to move on and work through your problems. They also change with your body chemistry. It is often necessary to tweak your meds. The same thing that worked before may not now. It is great to have someone who can notice change and tell you you need to adjust. Mike, you may need to adjust. Call your doc, tell them how you were feeling and how you are now. They may make a temporary or permanent change. Often just dealing with it can lift you up and they may make no change.

You may be right. if anything, just to get a bit more to work through all of the excess stress. I'm really on the very edge right now. I've been having frequent anxiety attacks, lately, too.

The meds have helped me tremendously in being able to recognise when my emotions may be getting the best of me, provided the situation doesn't cause them to break through.

The weather here is nice and sunny (well, not now -- it's a little late in the day), and warming up into the 40's. Our storms are finished.

I can't believe so many people didn't know about those things. I thought that was common knowledge around here. I have about 2500 threads I'm subscribed to.
