I get motion sickness on solid ground watching a boat move on the water, even on a calm day when it is just a rolling kind of thing, its scary.

I have the 50mm macro lens. It's the least used lens in my arsenal. It's ok, but definitely not the greatest... If you want to do macro, go for the 100mm.

My brother and family just got home from a cruise and are over the moon about it. I am quite prone to sea sickness and worry about that.

A guy I know is going on a cruise sometime soon with his wife and 3 kids. He's supposed to take notes for me. I would think that after about a day you'd get used to whatever motion was on the ship and it would feel natural.

I get motion sickness in my car if I'm stopped and I see another car move out of the corner of my eye. Like when the turn lane cars start moving. But once I lock my focus on something in front of me I'm ok. But boats... nah, they don't seem to bother me. (Not that I see all that many boats in Indiana...)
