Oh, come on...have some fun. If you let it run through it will finish, then you just click on "OK" for about 20 clicks.

Well, I wasn't counting, but I'm pretty sure I clicked at least 20 times before I gave up. I don't have a whole lot of patience though, so I killed the browser to get rid of it...

A not-squished warning from me, (in person this time ;) )

I'll be here off and on till next week, but we are in the midst of replacing all our carpet, painting the walls, and finishing up the backyard.
In the middle of that, Wade and I are going out of town one night to celebrate (belatedly) our Anniversary.
Hopefully, we will be done with all the house stuff by next Wednesday, but until then, you will only see me sporadically, if at all.
I have to unhook (GASP!) my computer tomorrow evening. So, unless I pop in on Wade's dinosaur laptop, I'll just be offline till we get all the furniture moved back in to the livingroom.

Ya know, I'm ready for my life to be back to normal.

No more plumbers, no more phone service guys, no more yard workers, no more fence builders, no more carpet layers, no more NO MORE!

*sigh*

Sorry, I had a bit of a meltdown there. It's over now.

Had you planned on replacing your carpet or is this a result of the flood?

Sounds like you need to get away to, oh, I don't know, Puerto Rico, maybe? ;-)a

Who are you again? Normally we only get not squished notices from people we know... ;)

ugh, they get even uglier when there's 25 or so hanging on their backs.

Am I the only one who likes the opossum? AFAIK they're the only marsupial in North America. That makes them pretty special. I actually "petted" one at a native wildlife demonstration at a state park in Florida. She was rather tame, so didn't bare her 100-something teeth at me. :D

And finally, to end the day, a lovely sunset, kissed by the linear beauty of power lines:

Pretty flower, Mike, a type of violet or Johnny Jump-up would be my guess.
