I took 19 developmentally delayed adults to Build-A-Bear today at the mall, then to McD's for lunch, then had my own kids parent-teacher conference, did homework with the short one and followed up with a rousing round at the market while the kid had mad scinece...someone give me a very large glass with ice, vodka and cranberry juice NOW!!

OK everyone - 15 min. to hit 10K - I missed Jeopardy last night for Peke rescue work; I'd hate to miss it tonight because you dilly-dallied getting ready to move! Or maybe I'll move you regardless.

Manhattan

Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  
• 2 1/2 oz Blended Bourbon
  
• dash Angostura bitters
  
• 2 or 3 Ice cubes
  
• 1 Maraschino cherry
  
• 1 twist of Orange peel

okay, it's just two of those

Cosmopolitan

1 ounces Vodka
ounce Triple Sec
1 splash Cranberry Juice
ounce Lime Juice

Cape Codder

1 ounces Vodka
5 ounces Cranberry Juice
Build in a highball glass and stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
