As for Customer Service, yes, in the end they did the right thing. But I gave you the abridged version. Try calling Sigma Customer Service. There are days when the line is busy for hours at a time. Bizarre. Once I finally connected with an actual individual, she's been in good contact with me via email. That sounds somewhat typical. At least your persistence paid off. I may be dumb, but I'm not scared . . .
