I have it on my PC for the Gateway monitor. Works fine.

Yeah, I have a new Gateway as well. I wonder what's up with mine.

When the monitor "wakes up" from being asleep the picture is turned the wrong way. And I haven't rotated the screen physically.

When I do rotate it physically, the screen rotates just fine.

I don't know. I'll check. I just bought it day before yesterday.

Does it eventually go the the proper orientation?

Yeah, after 2 or 3 seconds.

I just checked, I have version 1.50. I'll have to update. I wonder why it didn't do it automatically when I installed?

I have version 1.01, but it works fine. I don't think I'll mess with it.

I usually use it in portrait mode, and when the screen wakes up, the 'identifier' is displayed on its side, but the display comes on properly.

Thanks. I just updated the software to 1.51. I'll see how it does now.

it may just be it take a second or two for your system to read the input from the rotation sensor

I just put it to sleep and woke it up. Worked great. Hopefully that did it. I'll keep an eye on it.

Now that I've put my monitor to sleep, I've decided I like it. I'm doing the same to myself.

See you all later.

Understood, but why wouldn't it leave it where it was when it went to sleep? That's the weird part.
