I agree with that, but what these guys are claiming is that if you sell a lens, you can get more for it if you have the original box... ???

Believe it or not...having the original box does demand a premium. I don't see it as that big a deal, but there are people that refuse to buy a lens without a box. Most of the box hype has been perpetrated here and on other forums by intimating that people that keep their boxes somehow take better care of their gear than people that don't.

Well back to cleaning the garage I go.

Have fun. I was going to get some work done today... but that didn't work out as I ran out of time to do what I wanted to do, due to homework.

Maybe I will go plant some plants or something...

I would also accept a box of double fudge brownies from Mrs Fields ;-)a

You wouldn't like that...they are made with genuine Hershey's chocolate! ;)

okay I re-edited that photo, from the original...in order to stop the blow out (the original wasn't blown, but because of some weird shadows, the processing I used to get rid of the shadows blew it). Which do you like better?

todays?

The edit from today....hands down....the detail is back in the faces.

Okay, grandson has left and I finished shampooing my carpets, dealt with some of your reported posts (;)) and now i can play for a little while before I make some New Orleans style red beans and rice.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.
