Still on your Verizon DSL @ home? ;-)a

:o:o: jeesh Scott! :o:o I guess I'd better call Joe in the morning and set up a switch date. However, Verizon did offer me a new higher speed dsl service last week, "up to" 3 K per second for $33 per month. I suppose the "up to" part should be a heads up.

I use dsl. It's a bit slow but not like that. Sometimes it frustrates me but I don't like comcast so this is my only option.

Why don't you like Comcast? (My only problem is the crappy upload speeds)

Okay, I'll call him tomorrow and set it up. Regarding my upload failure, it was probably Divine Intervention, saving me from embarrassment.:)

Oh, well in someways I agree with you. But my internet has been the same price since we got in back like 4 years ago ha and my speeds have GREATLY increased. Cable tv, though can be ridiculous.

To each their own :).

Check with Peak to see if you are in range of their wireless system... I know they have some gear on the mountains to the east of Lebanon - might be able to get down to your area.
