have any of you guys watched that video yet from the conference? I started watching it during lunch today...it started with Parker Pfister....he's amazing. WOW. I'm in awe watching him work...because he's so relaxed and can SEE so much just by looking around...he just sees it right away!

I haven't been able to watch it yet, but they did have another video with Parker during the event. Street and General interest stuff and it was very impressive.

I wish I'd purchased the other wedding videos, the one I got doesn't have him I don't think. I've learned things in the first 5 min. of this included video...waaay cool.

Noise reduction ;) :lol::lol:

I know, where is everyone!

I took a little break to work on one of the motorcycles and then process some more of the B-17 stuff... It's here (external link).

There's one in Rhyolite, Nevada that could use a little help, too.

I don't have any decrepit cabooses, but here's a couple of the inside of one at the Pacific Southwest Railroad Museum in Campo, CA.

I really like the Liberty Bell "antique" shots, and the Stearman takeoff shots are great, too.

That looks positively luxurious compared to the ones I've seen!

It also reminds me I have some very old shots from Travel Town in Griffith Park of one or two that had been restored. I'd have to really dig for those photos, though.

Ok, I better upload something before I get kicked out of this thread for not playing.

Nice Rolex Claire. I'd like to have one, but I would never spend that kind of money on a watch.... there are too many red rings that I want:D!

oh by the way, you can still subscribe to his video set for $35 online (the photovision dvd's) if you want to. He mentions the code on the dvd intro. I just did. I think it'll be worth it.

I have two of them...one almost like Claire's in two-tone, and a gold Daytona.

My favorite watch? My stainless steel Citizen Eco Drive.

My Daytona needs an overhaul, which will cost about the same as another Citizen. The other Rolex keeps so-so time, but it's an older model with a soft crystal that scratches easily. The newer ones don't have that problem.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

I got it as a high school graduation present from my aunt in America. :)

Nice. :) I am not a watch person as such, but occasionally it's fun to run into NK (the more luxerious dept) and oogle the watches. But personally I'm more for rings...

Anything interesting, fun or shocking happen while I have been gone?

I just got back home from 2 days in Lillehammer Norway. It was our yealy 2 day company kickoff where we meet, get some information and have fun. I took a lot of photos. I will post a few tomorrow but most is just snapshots that primarely my co-workers will find fun.

Yesterday evening (monday evening) we went to Lillehammer Olympic Skijump arena and had some fun outdoor activities. We were greeted welcome on the big scoreboard

After the fun and games like Human Curling and bungee run we had a nice dinner in a restaurant on the top behind the skijump.

Another thing. Monday morning our CEO came to me and said that he would like me to take a group photo before we start the serious part.... 5 minutes warning and preparation. Oh well I did my best with a group of 48 people that were freezing, some were looking somewhere else, others were trying to hide I am sure.

So what do you think about this one ?
