I had the privelage of doing my first ever maternity shoot 2 weeks ago. We only shot for about 45 minutes so I didn't get a ton of variety but I learned a lot. Here are a few of the pics. C&C welcome.

Oh, and I'm trying out a new logo and watermark so sorry if it's a bit much, I'm still trying to find a good way to watermark photos and still be able to show them online.

I seem to like the photos but it's really hard to see them with the large watermark you have on them.

My wife is 6 months pregnant right now so i'm also doing lots of maternity photos at different stages of the pregnancy.

#2 is my favorite for close up, you have the parents hands cradling the belly and the belly is still the focus point. #1 my hands are instantly drawn to the hands, the belly's secondary in that one. Altho its a nice conversion.
#3 is too red for my taste.
#4 is lovely, a few hot spots on the white sheet around her chest but still I like it.

Thanks guys. I was worried the watermark would be overkill. I think I may just scratch it all together.

TSEE - Thanks for the C&C. I didn't really notice the details about #1. I edited all of these on my laptop and being colorblind doesn't help either. I'll see about bringing the reds down. I thought something was funny, but couldn't really tell.

Did you run any action on #3 to make it look off? I've noticed some of them add a bit of a tint to it, and its suppose to look like that. I just thought it just wasn't suiting for that photo, looked off. I do like the softness of it tho. Just personal opinion.

I did use an action for it and that is probably where the red cast comes from, but I agree it does seem a little off. I'll try to pull the reds back and see if that looks better.
