Post Your Street photography - Vancouver, BC

Jason, that is one crisp photo.I really like it.

this pictures were taken about 15 years ago with my old canon T90. i developed these in my own darkroom and developed in full frame. the film strip showing around the photo's are due to the full frame developing.

these were scanned in with a cheap scanner so the quality is not great. but i hope you enjoy them.

Someone filming a movie, tv show or comercial.

Looks like an Indie or second unit setup.

I was originally just taking some pictures of birds down on the beach when they started harrassing me because I had a camera and was taking pictures, so I just quickly snapped a couple quick photos of them. Until then I wasn't interesting in them at all. Sorry I didn't have a lot of time to level the horizon before snapping the photos. If your going to film in a public place, they shouldn't be allowed to harrass the public for stopping and watching.

i'm surprised that they would bug you cuz like you said it is a public place. maybe they get aprehensive around slr's. i do realize you were just taking snapshots, plus this is a street prhotography thread, i was just being cheeky.

Level horizons are optional with street shooting. I like to straighten mine but others prefer to keep the images as shot. I'd have snapped off a couple of each of whoever was getting all up in my grill. I've shot second unit crews a few times and usually get smiles and waves. I guess the lower the budget the bigger the posing gets.

i have a run into that a few times myself . i hold my ground . the more they harrass .... the longer i stay !
