The DSLR Camera Paddy in the link does look interesting. Is anyone using it?

I was just "admiring" my Tkink Tank UD35 and one real benefit is that the inner compartment is completely lined with velcro-friendly felt! I think we need TT to creat an insert for us... ![]() I did order the paddy. The idea was to use this on a "stealth" messenger bag. I do like the lid since it has an area with mesh for little items like memory cards, lens caps, etc. and acts as another padding on the top. | Canon EOS Systems |

I have the problem that I want to be able to fit my longest lens (70-200 f/4 IS) mounted to my 50D. This will fit in most messengers height-wise w/o problems but it won't fit into the Paddy with the lid closed. Thus, the lid's less interesting for me (*sigh*) Traveller

Couldn't you just cut the lid off?
