How to achieve the 150kb upload

Hello new here. I wanted to upload a couple pictures and am not familiar how to achieve your 150kb file size. I have PS C2 any info would be appreciated on how to resize it.


Canon Rebel XTi kit and "nifty 50".

Try file|save as and adjust the compression

or file|save for web
and adjust the size

It helps if your picture has already been dimentially resized (bring it down to 1024 on the longest side) (or smaller).

Perfect answer from John for attaching to the forum but you can also link to a picture over the 150kb limit when it is stored on your webspace or Flickr or suchlike.
