this might be stupid but I am wondering if the PowerShot A650IS can handle the SDHD 8gig card. Thanks in advance.

Equipment: Canon PowerShot A650IS (semi retired) and Canon Powershot G10 (primary) and Rebel XT 350D w/18-55mm kit lens and Quanterey 18-200mm-- www.youtube.com/alexan​der1485 (external link) (has links to some of my pictures on the main page)

If I'm not mistaken, 8gig cards only come in the SDHC or Secure Digital High Capacity cards and according to Canon's website the A650 IS does indeed support SDHC cards. Please refer to this link... http://www.usa.canon.c​om …d=15658#ModelTe​chSpecsAct (external link)
