Safari attachment upload problem

Anyone else using Safari and finding it crashes when trying to upload attachments in posts

I've not had that problem. Which one (version, OS) are you using, and which site are you having crashing with? Safari 3 for Leopard seems to have trouble with sites that have inline ads (either java or flash based), but it's only some ads on some sites. Apple is supposedly aware of this and hopefully they'll fix it with the next update.

Hmm. Looks like it's working for me. I'm on 10.5.1 as well with the same Safari build. What error message are you getting?

No error message, click the upload tab ....... spinning Beach Ball of Death ...... then crash

Maybe try a reinstall to see if that fixes it?

Have you any special settings on your firewall? Either on the mac, or in your router?

No nothing special at all on the routers firewall, Mac firewall is off too (just in case the two want to fight).

Am now very sleepy so I'm gonna start again tomorrow with a fresh head

Well all has now been fixed with 10.5.2
