I have never seen or even heard of this bird and I have lived in Arizona for 15 years. It's one I will be looking for now that you brought it to life. Very nice captures....steve

I just got back and am thinking about heading back out there in April  thanks; my list is quite modest also.only about the 3 years into retirement and lots of that more feeder watching and book study than active birding. and i do have plans to visit there. i do want to visit my uncle and take my mom. the excellent birding in the area will be a very nice plus to the trip.
