Hello,
This if my first picture post to please be nice.....

it was shot with a Nikon D40x w/ 55-200VR, with a Cannon 500D.

it was hard.
it was shot hand held... i don't have a tripod yet.

ive only been taking pics for about 3 months

Great shot!
The slight out of focus may actually be lack of sharpness of Nikon lenses ;)

I do...almost ALL of my macros are on tripod, and my butterfly shots are on a monopod.

I can't handhold at all!
