played at the iceplex, which is olympic-sized. makes for a different game.

Great images. #1 just rocks, it seems to have more "pop" than the rest. Was there something different in the cropping or post processing?

Really nice clear shots. 3 and 7 are my favorites. You did a great job with these.

thanks, guys, for the nice comments.

Mark, my hockey photography gets put on hold when I get assigned team duties (bench, clock, etc...). The 135 went to Ross (metalman1010). an excellent lens but I just didn't use it that much.

David, I do like these a lot. looks like you got the WB down cold and the action is good. Maybe bump your saturation and contrast a tiny bit and you'd get that pop like in #1.

Regardless, nicely done. Looks like that 1/500s is working well for you.
