What Caused This?

Indoor car show, the yellow car in the background the discoloration on the trunk lid. It showed up on one other pic but others it did not.

It's a reflection of the red car behind it, in the right of the shot.

Looks like a reflection from the orange car, maybe? Definitely some kind of reflection. Maybe somebody behind the cars?
