DRebel Battery Grip + 420EX on Amazon for $286. Good deal?

I'm interested in getting both of these accessories for my DRebel. And, Amazon.com has one of those "buy these two and get a discount" deals runnin. I'm curious if both the flash and the grip for $286 is a good deal? My guess is around $300 shipped.

420ex = 180
battery grip = 100

You don't know who the vendor is. So I say nope. BTW the 420 ex has a rebate on it. I don't know about the grip
