Ok here's my rant....until now i've been pleased with their service and speed but I ordered some cards on 1/26 and received shipping notification on 1/29....well by 2/5 no cards. I contact overnight prints and i'm told UPS lost them but a new batch of cards will be printed on 2/7 and shipped priority by 2/8 and they should be here by 2/13. Ok so it's 2/12 and I have not received any notice of shipping, UPS has not updated their site, however I did receive an email on 2/7 saying they were reprinted. I call overnight prints to check on the status so I know if I should wait for the ugly brown truck tomorrow and I'm just told that the cards have NOT printed, but this guy says he will make sure they print tomorrow and I should receive them by 2/19.....I'm soooooooo done with overnight prints!

Rant over...

It appears that the name Overnight Prints is just the business name, not to be taken literally. I guess if you wanted the order overnight there would be a premium price paid;) If they said the original order was shipped then they should produce the tracking number. I'd ask for an adjustment to my bill.

nextmonthprints.com probably wouldn't be a very popular business name.
