My 1 has had the shutter replaced and is missing paint everywhere, dust under the LCD screen but still goes strong not to mention the crap on the sensor! with new batteries and up against newer cameras this baby can still hold its own. Also, the focusing was a bit noisy, no problems in focusing, just noisy. I rarely used it wide open so I can't comment on how it performs if not stopped down. Best regards,
