canon i455 problem

i hope you guys and ladies can help me. i bought a canon
I455. used to work fine. printed pictures fine.
recently i took and trip and took it with me. had it in my luggage(maybe got knocked around). hooked it up when i got to my destination and now the printer isn't printing right. i'm getting yelloish tint on my pictures. what gives?!?! i bought another pack of inks and replaced the original and its still doing the same thing. anyone have any experience with this? if its hopeless. i'm just gonna dump it.

For about double the price of your replacement ink tanks you could have gotten a new printer with ink tanks included. Low end printers are almost throw-aways.
