No.

You could manipulate the colors to get the same effect, sort of, but definitely not to an extensive degree.

You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

As scottes said, you cant really change the WB. But using the white dropper in levels or curves often gives you similer results. I find that curves works much better (Ctl-M)
