Which one should I get ? i m guessing Exteme is better/faster..Utlra is good ?

Extreme III is faster, but your camera may not be able to take advantage of it. If you want the big card for video, even the regular blue SanDisk cards can cope. Jon

There isn't a production model around yet for people to play with. But unless you machine-gun whatever you're shooting you probably wouldn't even need an Extreme III for the XSi. Jon
