Just a few shots of the Venice Carnival, so many costumes and so much colour.

These are great shots but a couple of them give me the creeps. Very well captured to get the oogy boogy feeling to come thru.

First step........ Take the lens cap off.

Very very nice! Completely forgot that special touch there for carnival....
here in the Netherlands it's just an ordinary (beer)drinking festival..

They reminded me of that Donald Sutherland film, where he was (I think) an architect in Venice. Quite a spooky film that one, but I can't remember its title. :-D

It was 'Don't Look Now' Mike, a top film with a psychotic dwarf as a killer lol....Julie Chritstie yummy lady indeed....ahhh back to the pics, I'm only 45 min from Venice and couldn't make it. Some very well composed shots here, nice work...masks usually freak people out, a bit like clowns I guess...you never quite know what's going on behind the mask.
