So I am finally getting my site to at least a resentable state. Still working on it and could use your comments and suggestions. How does it look? How about the Portfolio using Jalbum? All comments--positive or constructive are appreciated. Thanks for looking.

Wow your site is coming along nicely :)

Are you working on a header? At the moment the one you have is pretty boring, you don't necessarily need a flashy logo, but something more than text would be good

I would also get rid of the horizontal "Wedding Prices | Non-Wedding Prices" bar and add those to your nav

Then would try to integrate jalbum into your website so it retains the consistency (header, nav, etc)

Also look at the font, as it is it's very plain, I would probably change the font then play with sizes, not huge or super tiny, but to impart prominence to your site. I would shrink the footer font for example because it's not very important

Looking good though (except for that beveled table border, but I'm sure you've seen me say that already ;))

Ha. One step at a time. I don't even know what is causing the beveled border, bit I do know you hate it. ;-)a. I am going to rework the header and the fonts, but I am not sure how yet. When I try to change the font it only offers a veryt few to choose from. I'll get it there, eventually. I've catalogged your suggestions though. I think I like the placement of the wedding and non-wedding prices though. Separates it frome the rest of the links. We'll see. Thanks!

Nice website. The pictures are amazing, especially the wedding ones.

I think it would convince me that you are worth going for, which is the aim of the website so well done :)

Thanks for the comments, expecially for the picture quality comments. I have not placed the best ones up there yet, because I wanted to take some additional time pp them. This is the first time I've used Jalbum as a methodf of presenting my work and wanted some feedback before I added the others. Thanks for taking the time to look around and give me your comments.

Listen to him. He fixed mine. :)

I agree with this. The navigation should be consistent and grouped together.

I agree with this, also. If all the books and articles I have read are correct, you should maintain the same feel throughout the site. One direction or the other. At the very least, have your logo or name or something on the gallery pages so people don't forget where they are.

Myself, I think the gallery presentation with the slider is pretty cool, but distracting from the photos themselves. That's just my personal taste, though.
