Just working my way through the Australian "Indie" section. Only really clicking on ones with cool looking profile pics and finding some half decent local music.

Im surprised, we actually have a local music scene

Check out Yeo (Brisbane), Yves Klein Blue (Brisbane), Minimum Chips (Melbourne), Damn Arms (Melbourne), Dappled Cities (Sydney), Angus and Julia Stone (Sydney).. I could go on and on and on haha - they're some of the better known ones. Australian music is actually really rich in talent at the moment.

Rob, pass me the 12-24! I Loooove the local scene, so so so many great acts, I could go out to a local gig probably 5 out of 7 nights a week and be happy.

Yeo is great, really great not a big YKB fan but I do fall a lot more on the folk/reggae/dub/alt-country/rockabilly side of the local scene which would explain it.
