They certainly are Mainly biscuit crumbs, cherries and coconut. They're sort of a Cherry Ripe type thing in ball shape. Here they are naked

I stuffed up the DoF though by going to far open - thin DoF and shooting form the side has meant one eye is OOF and the other is perfect.

/me drools over 200 F2 IS/ not likely to ever own one though

ahhh, not quite out just yet, but due out very very soon. The big stores are taking orders now IIRC.

It is appealing.

I think I'd go for the 800 first though. It's nearly a kilo lighter than the 600.
