Ahh, the old back-focussing problem. It's usually caused by having an inappropriate lens attached to the body. Most likely it would be one you purchased recently. I'd just write it off as a poor choice - just bad luck really.
But I'm prepared to help you out - I'm prepared to give you up to $1,000 for this lens which, TBH, is a great deal, considering the problems it's caused you since you got it.
hahaha Yes well if it wasn't happening on the 50mm as well, then I might suspect the new lens, but I think it's more of a body issue.

Seriouslah - have you used the focus card to test it? I think it's a case, assuming BF is the issue, of sending it to one of the local providers (couple of names were tossed around 2-3 days ago in the thread IIRC) to look at.
Ah fair enough. I haven't tried the focus card test yet, but just noting that when shooting the biscotti
I just made, AF put the focus on the back of the saucer, but the focus point was on the biscotti. Manual focus to the rescue in this case.
