There has been some great pics posted in the last few days, not 1 i didn't like.

I believe the gooblers are gone from the camera, fingers crossed.

Running the mac but using windows via bootcamp decides today it isnt working get the windows running but nothinh like an icon anywhere to be seen just a desktop pic,so am now trying aperture.

Today a day off go for drive early around Murwillumbah area get some nice pics,go into town for a coffee, driving down the street driver backs out straight into passenger door shattering window, quote so far $900.

As Greg quoted yesterday IV had enough goodnight"

I like the bottlebrush pic :D

I watched the game last night, and I must say, QLD played pretty well, but NSW (as mentioned by Dave.[ex.nsw.dave], NSW played so poorly, it was depressing to watch... but ah well...

being from the outer reef, I don't really have a personal (at heart) favourite, but seeing I reside in QLD, QLD it is... :)

Wouldn't surprise me if we did throw it, to make sure game #3 was a sell out (hey, money talks).

I had exactly the same thought come to me in the last 5 minutes of the game, given that there was something about the NRL warning Sydney that the next few origin games there had to pull big crowds. Tony Archer didnt help our cause though, he should have gotten man of the match for QLD...

mmm I've lost respect for NZ sports... they too unpredictable... and crumble under pressure... but it still is good to banter for them ;)

Nah - NSW just didn't have that focus - look at how many times they lost the ball in a tackle, or were penalised for holding in the tackle too long? They played bad.

Indeed - that will be very telling as to where those loyalties sit ;)

Just bought a 16gb card for about $100 - genuine, transcend. Will see how it performs compared to the 8gb Extreme IV I already have. (which cost me $180 last year)

No didnt know about it
I have been looking for a waterfall in the areathough. Visited it a few months back was on the side of the road, walk down some steps and there it was,BUT I cannot find the dam falls ever since.

Next time you're down you'll definatley have to visit clarrie hall dam, if you go in through the other end (not the dam wall end) you go through someone's property (they don't mind) and it's stunning, mt warning is the backdrop

mt warning from in the dam

and the other end of the dam
IMAGE: http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s130/KinnonBellPhotography/blah-18.jpg

and from the side of mt warning

Here is the only pic of said area
Dave you know where this is ?

Do you know roughly where you were? You're in my old stomping ground there, I know the area pretty well and have been to almost every waterfall, creek, dam and river in the area.

In camera at least, given you have a 400D, an Extreme III is about as fast as you need. :)

Well I got new boots today :)

So feeling the need to test them out, I wandered down the drive to get the mail, armed with the 70-200 and 1.4x TC and tripod (because you know, there might be something interesting down there).

Since I was at the bottom of the driveway, and equipped (how lucky was that?), I decided to wander a bit further and camp out for some birds.

After a 10-15 minute wait, I was rewarded by a Grey Fantail landing directly in front of me on the fence.
