How do I get my 430EX to not switch off automatically?

Everything Ive read so far said the Poverty ones from china dont work well with the 430EX, but fine with the 580EX and some others.

so the poverty wizards work well with the 430EX as long as you have fresh batteries?

Yes yes, sadly, I am still around.

My 430EX works fine with the poverty wizards, a bit inconsistent, but no real problems. And yes, they work if there are batteries in them :p.
