Nice shot. How long was the exposure? The water looks like it is flowing very fast.

Thanks for the compliments :D. I should have included the properties. Still a noob.

Exposure: 30 sec
Aperture: f/7.1
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO Speed: 100
Exposure Bias: 1/3 EV

I think I had the WB on auto. I'd fixed it up in PS. The water was actually still, but I added just a tiny hint of motion blur.

I think it might look better with the water "still". Do you still have it? I really like this though ... very nice shot!

Great shot. I love the Port of Oakland in the background. Those shipping cranes always look incredible illuminated at night!! ;)

My original has a bit of movement as well. I guess the 30 sec exposure created the illusion that the water was moving faster than it was.
