This is a bit of an off-shoot from the Bokeh thread in the lens section here.
Now. To me, bokeh is the art of using a blurred background to provide a pleasing contrast to the subject. In effect, the subject should be isolated away from the background and "pop".
So, post your best candidates here and I'll pass my subjective and artistic judgment on them all.
Although my photo is not the greatest quality (its from my facebook)...I think it's an example of bokeh.
The background of light streaming in through the trees at a 1.8 or 2.8 aperture is what makes the bokeh. Not a solid out of focus background using the same DOF. That's what they taught me in school.
