tulip in the sunshine

from a bouquet I recently was given, I set it in the sunshine and snapped off a few,, my own opinion of this is it might be a bit blown out to the right of the tulip, and there seems to be "empty" space above it,, too much perhaps? cc appreciated

There doesn't seem to be much if anything blown out in this image, not to me anyway. I agree that there's too much "dead space" above the flower. Also, the background, whatever it is, really pulls my eyes away from the flower.
