That's pretty high in the US market (~= 1600 USD) but I don't know about the European market. If that's around the average price then go for it, you'll enjoy it and that's nice low mileage. If it's a IIn then definitely go for it. ;)

I did a bit of digging and it seems that 1100 euros is about the average going price over there, so...

If 1100 euros is the going rate over there, I would get it since it has a low amount of mileage.

In the USA, going rate seems to be around $1000 USD.

As said above if it's an N, go get it ASAP.

I've seen them going used somewhere in the $200-$300 USD depending on their shape and age.

New they are $350. Way overpriced IMO.

Brings up the question, anyone know of a good third-party charger that is priced lower then the Canon one?

A 1d2 (non N) on polishc ebay costs.... 1800 bucks. It has 15 000 clicks. Mint condition. Isn't it too much? :D

You can get n's for that.
I can get them, II's for $1300cdn and less.

the extra stop is good on any camera, im not sure about the extra length...
