landy42000 Hatchling 3 posts Joined Oct 2004 More info | Oct 19, 2004 16:23 | #1 Does anyone know if the battery in a G6 is charging when you use the compact power adapter (CA-560), rather than the supplied charger in which you insert the battery after removing it from the camera, as there are no charging lights on the G6 to indicate charging . (The G2 I previously owned would charge the battery onboard using the same power adapter and this was indicated by the flashing led.

However, now I can't find where I read that.
