wassup guys just joined up on the forum and i am a owner of a brand new canon rebel XT. i have always loved photography but never really had the money to buy a decent camera. so i got one as a early birthday gift. i just got it 2 days ago and only shot a few times. i love the camera but i would like to progress a lot more. i usually tend to shoot cars because thats another hobby of mine..racing and working on cars.

here are some pics token by me with my p@s canon sd630 which is now obsolete to me lol.pics are slightly enhanced through photoshop

i was praticing panning shots today with cars going by the front of my house and most of them came out pretty blurry....what setup should i use?
(shutter speed and aperture etc.)

thanks

Nice shots but as many will tell you and i fear it may be too late....Run ..sell your camera get out if you still can and don't look back for if you don't heed my warning yo may become totally absorbed in ths hobby like many hear no to mention the amount of money you will soon spend ...
But seriousy now ; welcome' you can learn a lot about all aspects of photgraphy from some very experienced shooters in here..
