Ok, just kidding. Not really an Amish Barn Raising. Just my husband helping his brother-in-law put a new roof on a house....
The whole day was what I like to think of as our perfect day. Helping family, the kids playing with puppies, running in the feilds, fishing and finishing the day off with smores!

There are more on my blog - and probably more to come! I had an absolute blast yesterday!! I have pictures from the moment the bobber moved to throwing it back when they started fishing!

LOL, I was confused when I saw the first pic. I thought, a cordless drill at an Amish barn raising? You have a wonderful family Kathy, and it looks like you had a great time. I like the last two best, your two kids will love them when they grow up.

I did the same thing for my father. He was with my daughter and she caught this tiny little sun fist at my uncle's pond. I took their picture and blew up the fish. I had my cousins fooled till my wife opened her mouth. hehe

Great shots Grace!! :D :D Although I am jealous as heck that you were fishing while I was removing 3 inches of snow from my driveway!! All in good time, Spring is just around the corner anyway.

Nothing better than fishing with your family and the pond picture is excellent.

Thanks for sharing!
