Thanks for all the positive feedback on my last photos -- appreciate it!

I don't think these ones are gonna be quite so eye-grabbing, but I'll post them anyway as an example of what the lens can do with some indoor sports. These aren't exactly artistic wall-hangers, but if you want to help yourself remember being at a certain event -- for example, yesterday's U.S. Figure Skating National Championships in Greensboro, NC -- this lens can be quite useful.

Here's Alissa Czisny, from her championship-winning long program. Shot from the cheap seats -- the very last row in the upper level.

This is one I took last autumn with it. I took it at 55mm. It's a favorite photo of mine. I had both an ND filter and polarizer on it. Enjoy!

Many thanks was the first time I try to take pic of the deer, that as free running over the bac of me and my and my son who is 11 took a few, just thought I would share that one , and learn how to post them to the site.
