That's a really good shot. Was it taken with the non-STM version?

I haven't used mine in years; I've never been pleased with its sharpness and slow aperture. Maybe I should dust mine off and give it another go...

A lovely shot of the Hawk. The 450D and 55-250 make a great combo, I wish I still had my 450D, but I still use the lens on my 7D and EOS-M.

Thanks! Yea i believe so, its the version that came with the rebel xsi kit. Its not my lens or camera, i just happened to grab it when i saw this hawk flying around

Bought this lens on ebay mint under $70 last year. I did not expect much, but surprisingly it's a decent lens, sharp at 250mm, and it's a steal for that price.
