Number 1 and 2 don't appear to have been taken with this lens Both of them have focal lengths under 55mm

Has anyone used either the Kenko or Tamron 1.4TC with this lens? Just curious. Thanks.

How do you know what focal lengths he used to shoot those pictures? Is there a program that will let you see the picture properties on the web? or did you have to download the picture first and then look at the properties via a software?

I did the latter. The photos are now updated. #1 shot @ 131mm, #2 shot @ 60mm according to exif.

You can download an add-on called Fxif (at least the one I have, there are others) for Firefox and can see exif by right clicking on an image. Very helpful in learning how others capture shots (when exif is intact).

This image looks a bit flat (lacking in contrast). You could do some quick PS (levels and curves) adjustments that would give it more pop. I would demonstrate, but your profile indicates that you don't allow image editing.

I'm sure it could use a little more PP, this is pretty much straight out of camera RAW I updated my profile, so if you want to give it a crack be my guest

Maybe I'll trade my Tammy 28-75/2.8 for the 17-50 version, then pick up this lens......
