just in time to....taking my son to the San Diego Zoo tomorrow for a class field trip.

I will run it through a vigorous, and thorough duck-shoot test process while I am there!!

I am so excited, as much as I love the XTi, I must bid it farewell8)

LoL. I only had my XTi for like 4 months. I wanted to buy the 40D the first time around, but I was able to get a great deal on an XTi (around 500 dollars for the kit BNIB) So I bought it, after a few months I realized I needed something bigger, and more FPS. So I upgaded to the 40D.

the XTi was great, but it had a few little things that I couldnt get past..particuraly the way you had to adjust the aperture by pressing the botton and the wheel. I am a big guy, my hands were too big and I kept fumbling around with the controls. I went to Best Buy and handled a 40D, and knew it was what I needed.

Yes some pics of the first outing. Nice purchase grip and extra bat pak. Man i swear i shoot for days with out charging my batteries. Almost went a month before swapping bats in the grip. One of the best investments i did as a camera acc. Enjoy!
