ROMEO.XK Member 228 posts Joined Jun 2009 More info | Apr 11, 2010 13:49 | #231 Mine has to be the one with the must waisted room, I will add the silica gel from pelican, and maybe the battery charger for the 7D, or I might just get me a smaller pelican case just to carry all of the cables, chargers, filter, etc. The main reason I got this case was to keep the gear as safe as possible while I go off roadding/camping.
Question: Can the pelican label on the 1510 be removed without leaving mark or damage on the plastic???

I'm a wedding photographer who brings too much gear to every event and wants to get it all into one large rolling case. I'm an inch away from ordering the 1624 w/dividers. One of my last hangups is what to do with the tripod and umbrellas. I only bring the tripod sometimes so that's not so much of an issue. But I use a couple of small 22" umbrellas all the time. Has anyone experimented with attaching something to the outside of the case, not unlike what's on a TT Airport Security? The umbrellas might fit inside on top of the dividers if I lay them diagonally across everything. Doable? And will this make using the lid organizer impossible? Robert Wayne Photography
