yeah, just checking because I'd rather travel light and do the light stuff myself, then send it in for clean and calibration as needed. YMMV.
They do a better job than I can or care to do... and I'll already have my gear as I'll be flying into Vegas from New Orleans where I'll be shooting, so I'll already have my junk on me. They have also done some triage on some damaged gear I had that was way beyond the normal cleaning...

I learned the hard way. Bought a 1650 with padded inserts. Big enough to hold all of my gear plus tripod and most of my clothes for a weekend trip. Got to the airport - 61lbs. $90 charge. What!? This means $180 every time I use it???
Yeah buying one big case is a giant fail for most folks. Even if you don't fly a ton they can get hella heavy to lug to/from shoots around town. I only roll my bigger guy when I'm doing a fixed location shoot and need a good bit of gear. But if I'm traveling by air or will be on the move I prefer breaking the load into multiple 1514's, or if if I need to be extra light weight (like the multi-week europe trip I took this last year) I roll my Kata Bumblebee 222 which I used to carry my camera and computer gear... the Kata was clutch and worked perfectly and still was small enough to be carried on even international flights.
