True, true.... :p

I'm interested to see which way the stuff comes in to Adelaide... I know how it comes for the East and for the West, but for the middle... I'm placing my bets that it comes through Sydney....

Banno wrote in post #5425813 (external link)
Yeah sometimes it varies...

Some of the engine parts i've got came through Melb. but mostly sydney. so you should be right i'd say

Well Angus, it looks like it did both. Came in to Vicco then up to Sydney. Hopefully will get here tomorrow.

Although guys I wont be able to get it off to you tomorrow as unfortunately I have a funeral to attend out of town tomorrow. So I will send off your stuff via express on monday morning when i collect it. sorry bout that.

Anyone else? Jim?

Well I met up with my friend and his fiancee and it looks like I'm doing their wedding. It's basically me or hand out a bunch of disposables to the crowd...
Surely what I do for them will be better than that (at least I bloody well hope so!!)

Actually they were a little spun out when I turned up with a notepad and started asking a bunch of questions about the ceremony, reception, bridal party etc. they were really just looking for someone to click a button... oh well, they got me instead :D

Definitely! Thats pretty sweet that your gonna get that chance with (so it seems) less pressure than stepping into it with an outside client that HAS clear expectations.

This a really good chance to get some really stunning photos to build a portfolio for when/if you really wanna get into it.

Enjoy it (afterwards ;))

To anyone who has one... is there much of a learning curve on the 24-70L?

I am yet to learn, but i do know its a lil soft at wide end. Use both hands to avoid back strain, lol.
