C&C again please!

Sorry, I had to really get the JPEG compression to get it under 150KB, and had to strip the EXIF.

Something I did today. Here is Dunheved Railway Station as it appears in 2008.

II went off to photograph an abandoned railway station that now sits on the outskirts of a new housing development but I wasn't given permission to enter the area by the developer.

Instead I went to another accessible part of the old line and revisited another of the abandoned stations I had taken photos of a few years ago. All that land on the right used to be a storage yard for trains.

Very cool! Shame you didn't get access to the other site. I wish I could find places like that - abandoned stuff fascinates me.

Why did it have to be under 150KB?

I like it but the way the guy is leaning back makes his head look too small, and the lighting kinda separates it from the background so it looks like it's been pasted in. Also the shrubs are bright enough to distract me, especially on the right. Otherwise it's great.

Oh, fair enough. I knew you normally just link them from your site.

Mark of the day ...
From our youngest sons game yesterday...
He is not playing again this year...His arm is in plaster from his elbow to the tips of his fingers after falling on the ball at training last Friday evening and smashing his little finger.

After reading on the forum i would avoid Vista Print, they appear to put all sorts of charges on your credit card.

Looks like you're right about Vistaprint - very dodgy. Anyone able to suggest anyone else for online business card orders?

Michael did okay with whoever he used for business cards so I'd ask him about it if I were you. They did a good job on his and I believe the price was reasonable.

It's a good action shot for sure, but forgive me for saying it has a very Photoshop "added in" look about it. Could it be the brightness is a bit off?

I used this mob on eBay. They designed my cards for me(not my logo) and they worked out well!

Hi Michael. Your dad still going to Perth this week? Guy pulled his listing for me and is waiting for further instruction.
