That *is* pretty sweet.

now if only they made a smaller, lighter version of it... :p

It's thinner now- but still 133grams. Meh, I'll be getting one if it's that price.

But ti's too big, and chunky... too scared of scratching it!

Although I gotta say, I like their predictive text entry on their QWERTY keyboard.

I can't get over the size. Having used a W880i in the past (and now a W890i) anything thicker than 10mm is too thick. :p

Once you get a slim phone... there's no turning back.

And download the "Colour Pearl" application so you can change the colour of your pearl wheel - shweet!

Can have a colour that suits the mood. Mine's Red at the mo.....

Anyway, the iphone doesn't like the 3 simcards, I've heard.

That's why the wheel colour is red.......

:( No can do... I have the Curve with GPS, so no changing colours for me... but the full QWERTY keyboard makes up for that no worries ;)

The B&H order should be here today aswell, shows up as in transit in Adelaide so should have it by about 1pm usually.

:D

Meh - get yourself the 8100 - smaller, and easy to get used to 2 letters per key. And changeable pearl colour is available!

Thats what Im holding out for. After playing with Nigels iPhone last week, i do believe one would be pretty cool. Or at least a 32gb ipod touch to replace the 2gb original nano i have at the moment (which recently survived a trip through the washing machine...)

Ray flash arrived.

It's awesome. Exactly as advertised. Strobist says it best:

Amazingly even, very well made, only downside is it has a little bit of "give" when mounted but that's probably just movement in the 580ex ii's hinges. The locking screw thing feels a bit ... not cheap, not loose, just dissatisfying I guess. But that's a minor quibble.

Go buy one if you can afford/justify it.

Damn you for forgetting me! :p

How much was it on its own? And where did you end up ordering it from?
