Anyone know of online frame shops worth looking at? Or is it better to just buy at the shops?

Anyone know a reasonable priced shop in Newcastle area?

I've gotten stuff framed at the shop on Orchardtown Road in Lambton - can't remember the name, sorry - but they did really quite good results. Not budget, though I don't recall them being massively expensive.

I was in chatting to the guy who runs the one attached to Eckersleys in town and he quoted $50-75 to custom frame a 8x12 matted out to 12x16.

Hi all,

First time posting here [only just found it!]. I'm from Newcastle [Cooks Hill] and have been into DSLR photography since around February this year.

For the fellow Novocastrians who frequent here; have just been around to the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition @ the Lovett Gallery (external link). It's well worth a look ...

Also for the locals ...

... have a look this unusual scene I managed to capture on Union St, The Junction on Sunday morning ...

cheers,
J&D

Welcome to POTN. Always good to see another Novocastrian here.

Use the one with Angus' name on it Feng. I may still bounce but it's not your credit rating it's affecting. ;)

Alan's Paypal account didn't like it, so I'm doing the order tonight.

Still got about $400USD.

2 Asian visitors with about 30 fake credit cards apiece as well as a couple of fake passports - and a couple of accomplices waiting for them in the arrivals lounge.
